Full Time/Part Time Cashier:

A Few Responsibilities Include....

-Responsible for training all seasonal cashiers

-Responsible for helping with gift shop setup and unpacking product

-Responsible for keeping part time cashier/gift crew busy during all shifts

-Responsible for keeping customer service area clean and neat at all times

-Should have flexible schedule 

 

Nursery Manager:

A Few Responsibilities Include....

-Responsible for running department efficiently (keeping plants ordered, healthy and stocked)

-Responsible for ordering stock for department weekly

-Should have knowledge on nursery stock (perennials, shrubs, trees)

-Keeping department clean and neat

-Must provide great customer service

Hardgoods Manager:

A Few Responsibilities Include....

-Keep garden supply and hard goods areas neat and clean through all seasons

-Be able to set up and sell all product in garden supply department (fertilizers, herbicides, general hardgoods, etc.)

-Be able to learn POS system

 Perennial/Houseplant Manager:

-Watering, stocking and maintaining houseplants (November-March)

-Watering, ordering, cleaning, maintaining perennial plants

-Customer service and plant knowledge preferred

Store Laborer (Part Time):

-Load bagged goods into cars

-Assist with customers

-General work around our retail facilities

 

Landscape Foreman (Full Time):

-Career position

-Some responsibilities include meeting project deadlines and general schedules while up keeping Maria Garden's standard of work. 

-Preferred experience operating trucks, pulling trailers and general landscaping equipment (skid steer etc.)

-Year round work, with off season consisting of projects around our facilities

-Will be a part of landscaping crew, overseeing other crews of 2-3 people
